2:00–3:00 PM: Sustainable Gastronomy Tourism
From Local Food to Sustainable Destinations

Exploring how local food, producers, cultural knowledge and communities can become part of sustainable visitor experiences — and where Indonesia and New Zealand can develop practical partnerships.
